Clinic/Concert will be at Tahlequah HS Performing Arts Center

EDBDA CLINIC SCHEDULE and Information 

January 7 & 8, 2011

T-SHIRTS AND PLAQUES will be available from MUSIC T's.  Prices are not known at this time. 

CD and DVD orders will be sold by LION SOUND. 

CDs are $15 and DVD are $25 each, and package set is $35.  

EDBDA Business meeting: Saturday at 9:30 (room to be announced)  

 Schedule is the same for all bands: 

Friday:  9:00 am – Roll call and seating       

9:30 – 12:00 – 1^st rehearsal    

12:00 – 1:30 – Lunch       

1:30 – 4:30 – 2^nd rehearsal

 Saturday:   8:30 am – Roll call and seating      9:00 – 11:30 – 3^rd rehearsal    

1:30 – 2:00 – Final run through

 Concert :

** Please bring 1 folding stand for each student from your school (have them marked clearly)** Please leave alternates home unless notified by the band chairman or secretary** Concert Dress: Standard school concert uniform 

CONCERT:     Saturday, 2:30 pm in the Tahlequah High School PAC 

CONCERT ADMISSION: ADULTS $2.00  STUDENTS $1.00 

BE SURE YOUR STUDENTS KNOW THE ABOVE INFORMATION       

 Directions to THS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER From MUSKOGEE STREET (the main street downtown that goes in front of NSU)

1 stop light south of NSU, turn WEST onto MORGAN STREET.

Go up the hill; take jog to the right to ACADAMY STREET.

Go 2 blocks to the 4 way stop sign.  Turn RIGHT on JONES STREET.

Go 1 block and turn LEFT on PENDLETON.  Park on east side of the PAC.
